Coastal Nations Fisheries is a proud supporter of the Seafood Business Accelerator (SBA) -- a resource from Vanouver Island University's Centre for Seafood Innovation that supports seafood entrepreneurs achieve "innovation, profitability, and sustainability."
Through a range of training opportunities, including in-person and online learning activities, the SBA provides food industry training, coaching and one-on-one mentoring from food industry experts to help participants focus on specific projects.
The SBA's online resource, a series of 10 modules, provides a guide for seafood entrepreneurs to develop successful products or services through step-by-step instructions, valuable background information and webinars.
